We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, please review our return policy below:
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on sale items, personalized products, or items marked as final sale.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a prompt resolution.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@shopatreasure.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you entered an incorrect address immediately contact us and if the items are still within the processing period, we can always update your address so long as the new address is within our coverage.
