Our goal is to get your items to you quickly. We use different shipping companies, depending on the size of your item, your location, and the product. Our shipping turnaround time is usually between 3-45 days.

You can create an account during checkout. This will enable you track your order and also easily request for refund if you need to.

You can change your shipping address by editing your account info or directly putting the new address in the shipping address column during checkout.

As soon as you place an order and you order and your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking code to track the transit of your shipment until it arrives at your destination.

Our site is secured and backed by an iron clad protection and we do not have access to your card details. Saving your card facilitates your next purchase however, you don’t need to save your card details during checkout. Just disable the checkbox asking permission to save it .

We do not charge taxes as these are already charged from the products origin and we don’t intend to double-tax you.

At the moment, we only service the North American continent (USA, Canada and Mexico). This is because of the source of our products and for easier and quicker shipment times.

As much as we would do our best to let all your items come in one package, However, we cannot guaratee this due to the location of the various fulfillment centers that service our store. So when you buy two or more different items from different fulfillment centers, they are bound to come in different packages but if you buy items all from the same fulfillment center, then be rest-assured that they will all come in one package.
